Seismic Strengthening and Retrofit Design for 1148 Pukuatua Street
This earthquake prone two-story commercial building was strengthened to 80%NBS with the use of reinforced concrete walls and timber strong backs, while this was being done the new walls were used to retrofit the building into a fourteen-unit apartment building.
