GDC Consultants offer multiple targeted training programmes taught by our in-house subject experts. The purpose of these programmes is to increase our bench strength in the areas we are focusing on for future growth. Each new employee at GDC Consultants participates in a number of general training classes intended to provide them with a deeper understanding of corporate ethics, culture, safety, and career growth. Additionally, each department offers industry-specific training. We also offer formal mentorship and training to passionate engineers who are majored in civil and structural engineering.
